Pesto
Intro:
For when you grow way too much basil.
Ingredients:
20 oz Ground Basil
10 oz Shredded Parmesan
8.5 oz Ground Pistachio Nuts
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1.5 cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Grind everything up in a mocha hete.
Combine in large bowl.
Yield is approximately 3lbs 4oz.
