Pesto

Intro:

For when you grow way too much basil.

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz Ground Basil

  • 10 oz Shredded Parmesan

  • 8.5 oz Ground Pistachio Nuts

  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice

  • 1.5 cup Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Grind everything up in a mocha hete.

  • Combine in large bowl.

  • Yield is approximately 3lbs 4oz.
