White Nectar

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

  • 0.5 oz paisley triple sec

  • 1 oz lemon juice (concentrate won’t work here)

  • 1 white nectarine

Assembly

  1. Cut up the nectarine and muddle everything but the pit, you want to get as much fruit as possible. Take the fruit pulp and strain it though a fine mesh sieve to get fruit juice.

  2. Combine the nectarine juice, vodka, simple syrup, triple sec and lemon juice into a shaker, shake over ice.

  3. Strain and pour over ice.
