Ingredients

  • 2 oz Grey Goose La Poire

  • 0.5 oz St. Germain

  • 1 oz lemon juice (concentrate won’t work here)

  • 1 oz simple syrup

Assembly

  1. Add Grey Goose, St. Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake until ice form on the outside of the shaker.

  3. Double strain into glass of choice.
